About the Author

I’m Doctor Raymond C. Edison, founder of the Edison Health Care Associates and Edison Institute of Wellness.

As well as over 40 years in medicine, I know the confusion and exhaustion people worldwide experience as they pursue their ideal body because I’ve also struggled with weight loss.
 
 Like many of us, I tried the restrictive dieting and intensive exercise regimes we’re told work, and I did have some success.
 
However, the weight would always creep back.
That is, until I learned the truth:
