Robin Collins-Dorsey is a graduate of Everett Institute where she received her certificate as a medical administrative assistant. She has served in that role for various medical practices since 2009. She began with Edison Health Care Associates in 2015 and since that time her duties of answering incoming calls, checking patients in and out, taking detailed messages, prior authorizations, have expanded to patient data entry, scanning documents to the EMR system , operating computer software, and even taking patient vitals when needed. Robin is a proven team player and a favorite among our practice members. She excels at being that good first impression of our office and is a proud team member of our wellness initiative.
